Pharma Doctor provides lectures, notes, webinars, and research materials for educational purposes. Content is intended to support learning in pharmacy and health sciences. It does not replace professional medical advice, clinical judgment, licensure requirements, or institutional academic policies.

Lectures, notes, images, videos, branding, and other materials on the Platform are owned by Pharma Doctor or our content partners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own educational use unless we expressly state otherwise.

Webinar availability, schedules, certificates, and seat limits may change. Registration does not guarantee continued access if a session is cancelled, rescheduled, or capacity is reached. We may modify webinar features at any time.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that content is error-free, complete, or suitable for every learner or jurisdiction. You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharma Doctor and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, academic outcomes, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms, platform features, or available content at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Platform or your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Pharma Doctor operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
